Our mission at Robertson Cooper is to create more good days at work for everyone, everywhere.

We have partnered with Baker Hughes to deliver a comprehensive wellbeing survey to support the business to develop a benchmark, and a go forward strategy, for health and wellbeing across the organisation.

It gives you, as employees, a chance to positively influence your own and the company future by anonymously sharing your feedback with us.

By registering here, you will gain access to questionnaires, reports and resources that give you useful development tools and insights into your own wellbeing and resilience.

Who is Robertson Cooper?

Robertson Cooper is an independent organisation, specialising in workplace wellbeing. Our mission is to create more good days at work and we work with companies of all sizes to measure and improve the wellbeing of their employees.

Is everything confidential?

Yes, it is. Only you have access to your personalised feedback reports, unless you choose to share them with someone like a colleague or friend. Robertson Cooper are Occupational Psychologists and are bound by a professional code of practice, of which employee confidentiality is a core part. In practice, this means that we won’t share your individual results with anyone in a way that identifies you.
